Vacation time!!

It is vacation time!  Jo and I are on a two week vacation.  Why?  Because we work with a stressful population that we love very dearly.  In order to meet all the needs within community we need air in our tires, metaphorically.  The people we work with have been traumatized beyond what most people can comprehend or want to comprehend.  To hear the memories, feel their anger and sadness is difficult and leaves you depleted.  Survivors need that constant to hear their pain and sadness and gives them confidence to trust, which eventually translates into trusting in God who is the great physician.  So please pray for our dear survivors while we are on vacation and Jo and myself as we rest and prepare for the next season of our lives.  Thanks so much for your prayers!!
