Integration is.....
a new thing
living each day finally fully completely
with memory of it
and each moment is precious
it is
learning new things
every day
in every way
feeling things differently but completely
seeing things in a whole new dimension
fullness
completeness
it is sleeping at night
peacefully
it is feeling pain finally
it is learning how to cry, and heal your soul
it is gradually feeling better about eating
and looking at yourself in the mirror
and it is
learning how to live in the big OUT THERE
without a net
it is learning about relationships
and giving
and loving
and living
and learning to fly on wings of your spirit
and loving with your whole heart
instead of with pieces of it
and worshipping with your whole spirit
because it has been put back together
and can now focus on the Healer
Integration is not being able to split
even when you want to...sigh
I miss them
but then I turn around and look inside....
and I hear Roo's laughter....
and I know...
they are still here
inside
and they are me
and I am them
and we are together
and what God has joined together
let no man every part......
